Scheduling Your First Therapy Session

We offer Christian counseling with compassionate, highly trained therapists—available online or in person. While this calendar is dedicated to telehealth sessions, we also have in-person appointments at multiple office locations throughout San Diego County.

You may choose to work with a licensed therapist or an associate therapist working under supervision. Associate sessions are offered at a lower fee while still providing excellent care.

All appointments listed reflect our standard fee schedule. If you’re receiving support from a partnering church, or if you’d like to inquire about sliding scale options, please contact our intake specialist at (760) 283-7000.

Supporting children, teens, and couples with a warm, faith-integrated approach to healing and growth

Holly brings deep compassion and warmth to her work with children, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, family transitions, and relationship challenges. With a background in ministry, reproductive grief care, and neurodiverse family support, she creates safe spaces where clients feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow.

Her passion for counseling is grounded in personal experience and a calling to walk alongside others. Holly often incorporates experiential and attachment-based methods, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Level 1, and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI). She works relationally and creatively, helping clients build emotional resilience and stronger connections with those they love.

For clients who desire it, Holly weaves Christian values into the counseling process. Her goal is always to cultivate a space free of judgment—where every emotion is valued and every step forward is celebrated.
