Scheduling Your First Therapy Session

We offer Christian counseling with compassionate, highly trained therapists—available online or in person. The calendars below include both telehealth and in-person appointments at our offices throughout San Diego County.

You may choose to work with a licensed therapist or an associate therapist working under supervision. Associate sessions are offered at a lower fee while still providing excellent care.

First Session Reservation & Payment Policy

All first-time sessions booked through this site require prepayment at the time of scheduling. This payment reserves your appointment time and is applied to your first visit.

Because your session time is held specifically for you, first-session payments are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to transfer the payment to a future appointment if you need to reschedule.

All appointments listed reflect our standard fee schedule. If you’re receiving support from a partnering church, or if you’d like to inquire about sliding scale options, please contact our intake specialist at (760) 283-7000.

Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), EMDR and IFS Practitioner Specializes in trauma recovery, sex addiction, anxiety, and depression, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to help clients heal deeply rooted wounds and regain a sense of agency.

Curtis works with clients who often feel stuck in shame, self-doubt, or patterns of porn and sexual addiction. His warm, thoughtful approach helps clients make sense of their inner experiences and find lasting emotional relief. He believes that many symptoms—like anxiety, depression, or compulsive behaviors—are protective strategies rooted in past pain, and that healing comes through understanding and self-compassion.

He draws primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Curtis brings deep experience in supporting clients through sexual addiction recovery.

Curtis is also comfortable helping clients incorporate their Christian faith into the healing process, if desired.

Licensed Therapist supporting children, teens, and families through trauma recovery, EMDR, and betrayal healing

Megan has spent over a decade helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational wounds. Her compassionate presence and clinical skill create a safe space where post-traumatic growth becomes possible—even in the face of devastating experiences like betrayal trauma or family disruption.

Megan works extensively with children and teens, using EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help them process difficult memories, navigate anxiety and depression, and build resilience through life transitions. She also supports women and couples recovering from betrayal trauma, integrating Restoration Therapy and APSATS-informed care to help rebuild trust, identity, and connection.

Her approach is deeply relational and trauma-informed, and she is comfortable incorporating Christian faith into the therapy process for those who desire it. She considers it an honor to walk with clients through sacred, healing work.

“While no one enjoys hardship, it does open our eyes to new perspectives and deeper connections with others.” — Megan Weller
